Can I port my particular phone number?

Local Number Portability (LNP) means that you can transfer a telephone number that you have with another Service Provider over to our service. We are able to port most numbers over to our VoIP service so that you can keep your current number with us.

If you would to enquire about porting your particular number then please send us your phone number and the current Service Provider address and details associated with that number.

If we are able to port the particular number, we will send you a formal request form which you will need to fill out and fax back to us.

Please note that number porting can take up to 15 - 20 days to complete.
Please do not cancel your current telephone service until the number ports over.
If you disconnect the telephone service associated with the number you want to port over to us, it may become impossible to complete the porting request.
